Denton’s Partou nurseries recognised with Reputation 900 Club status

A childcare provider based in Denton, Manchester, has seen 37 of its nurseries recognised with Reputation ‘900 Club’ status, an award regarded as the highest standard for customer satisfaction and brand trust.

The nurseries are operated by Partou, one of the UK’s largest day nursery providers and part of a leading childcare group headquartered in the Netherlands. The recognition places Partou among a small group of organisations whose locations have demonstrated exceptional performance across a range of online engagement and feedback measures.

Reputation ‘900 Club’ status is awarded following analysis of multiple digital indicators, including customer reviews, survey data, social media engagement, reach and online visibility. The assessment is carried out using Reputation, a management platform that supports organisations in monitoring and improving their online standing.

Launched in 2025, the ‘900 Club’ award is determined by a Reputation Score, reflecting how effectively businesses collect, interpret and apply customer feedback to deliver consistently high-quality experiences. It represents an extension of the established ‘800 Award’, which recognises scores of 800 or above.

The award is achieved by only a small proportion of organisations. In 2025, 13.5% of all Reputation-powered locations reached the ‘800 Award’ threshold, while just 0.8% attained ‘900 Club’ status, underlining the exclusivity of the recognition.

Anthony Gaskell, Reputation Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said: “We are incredibly proud to support Partou as they celebrate the 37 nurseries reaching the prestigious ‘900 Club’ status.

“This achievement is a testament to the relentless dedication of their teams at each site to provide world-class early years education.

“As a father of three, it’s amazing to see how Reputation’s partnership with Partou plays a role in such a high standard of operational and educational excellence.”

Samantha Rhodes, Managing Director of Partou, said the recognition reflected the organisation’s focus on development for both children and staff.

“We believe strongly in development for the children and the teams of dedicated professionals who care for them.

“Through continuous learning across all our settings, we strive to help everyone reach their full potential.

“This includes engaging with families in as many ways as possible to gain the highest possible levels of feedback, enabling us to keep raising the bar across every area of activity.

“Having so many Partou nurseries join the ‘900 Club’ is welcome recognition of these efforts.”

The recognition highlights the role of structured feedback and digital engagement in supporting quality and trust across the childcare sector.
