Seriös Group Projects Record Growth in 2025/26 with AI Data Technology

Newcastle-based data specialist Seriös Group is set to report record growth in 2025/26 following five years of steady expansion.

The company, headquartered in Hoults Yard and employing over 60 staff, unveiled a new five-year growth plan in April, with ambitions focused on scaling Seriös ONE, its AI data technology.

Founder and chief executive Lee Rorison, recognised as one of LDC’s Most Ambitious Business Leaders 2024, aims to establish Seriös Group as a global leader in the data technology sector.

In May 2025, Seriös Group strengthened its leadership team with four senior hires: Leanne Cullen as chief operating officer, Sam Condren as chief financial officer, Robin Cordy as chief commercial officer, and Alex Bookless as chief technology officer. These appointments are intended to support the company’s next phase of growth.

The business serves clients across the UK in sectors including technology, financial services, gaming, built environment, healthcare, and retail. Notable clients include True Potential, JLL, Bank of Ireland, Northern Powergrid, Vertu, NHS Business Services Authority, Grainger plc, and tombola.

Lee Rorison said: “Our first five years have been hugely successful and it’s fantastic to be ending 2025 on such a high, projecting significant growth next year. This is only the start, and we have brought in the right people to help us grow further in the right way. Our five-year growth plan sets out ambitious targets, and we are committed to sustained growth as we catapult our business forward. We know businesses are battling on multiple fronts right now.

“Regulation is tightening, expectations around existing data quality are rising, and AI ambition is racing ahead of readiness. For ambitions to match reality, businesses, across all sectors, are often being told it will take years to address. We fundamentally disagree that data transformation should take years before it shows value. We help businesses achieve rapid value without compromising on quality, by setting up the data foundations, simplifying processes and delivering outcomes that stand up in the real world.”
